If you are planning a civil ceremony, we take care of all legal procedures and paperworks, book the wedding hall and assist you with an interpreter as required by the law.
If you are looking for a ceremony to be held in the castle, then a symbolic ceremony is the perfect solution. Being not legally binding, it can be performed wherever you prefer, and can be personalised with vows, readings and music as you wish. We can advise and assist you in choosing the rituals, the readings and of course provinding you an Officiant to perform the ceremony.
Symbolic wedding ceremony can be held at the castle in one of the different beautiful  spots like the Renaissance garden, with its fountain overlooking the valley and the city of Perugia, or the medieval cloister, an intimate enclosure facing the entrance of the castle.

Unusual but so touching to receive grateful words from the father of the bride. I was so moved when I received Mr Gifford’s mail. I started planning Elise’s wedding more than one year before the date, and for many things I have been in contact with her father and I shared his concerns and anxieties. In a freezing 4th of February, Sinead and Nigel warmed up Florence with the passion of their love.They got married in the spectacular Red Hall, the wedding hall in Palazzo Vecchio in the heart of the city. From Auckland, they chose Florence to met their families coming from Ireland and England to attend their wedding.

Have you ever dreamed about your wedding day? Sometimes we think about what could make magic the Big Day and a lot of couples decide to get married in Tuscany. Roxanne & Marlan from South Africa chose Florence for the most important day of their life. They were searching for a venue close to the city as destination wedding of their dreams.

They were in a specific budget and asked me to help on this research. I’m a wedding planner and work in Italy, especially in the middle: Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio.  You can not imagine how many people asks for a typical-central-Italy villa and I often visit different villas and venues, to be able in offering something special and suitable to my couples.

I prefer to see personally each villas or hotels I can suggest, so at the end… no surprises!

At the beginning I thought it was hard to find a venue in Florence respecting their requests and standards but one day I found THE VENUE.. I visited this farmhouse and took a lot of pictures to the apartments, bedrooms, bathrooms, gardens, pools.

On the ground there was a little restaurant with a fantastic view on Florence, perfect!

I sent a lot of photos to Roxanne & Marlan and they booked this venue in Tuscany. It was quite a challenge, but I did it! I helped them on everything, flowers, menu, photographer, transportations…. Roxanne’s friends asked me in secret to organize a special tour (the day before the wedding) with wines tasting and spa. It was really funny and during wedding dinner Mr. Ker, Roxanne’s father, said thank you to me in presence of guests for all my hard work. What emotion! I would like to thank you to Roxanne & Marlan for having chosen me as their wedding planner in Tuscany.

It was an honour to help them, a very special day for me too.
